Bid No. 359-12 MARINA DOCK INSTALLATION PROJECT PHASE I The City of Riviera Beach is requesting bids from qualified and licensed general contractors with an extensive background in marine construction to install pre-manufactured docks designed and fabricated by Marinetek of North America and Technomarine Manufacturing, Inc., located at the City of Riviera Beach Public Marina, 200 East 13th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m., April 19, 2012, at the Office of the City Clerk, 600 West Blue Heron Boulevard, suite 140 Riviera Beach, Florida. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Council Chambers on the specified date and time. No bids will be received after the time and date specified. Copies of the bid documents including plans and specifications may be obtained from the internet web page of the City’s Marine Engineer (Sea Diversified, Inc.) @ www.seadiversified.com upon receipt of a non-refundable document fee in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) payable to the City of Riviera Beach. Hard copies of the bid documents are available and may be obtained from the City Purchasing Department located at 2391 Avenue “L”, with payment in the amount of Eighty Dollars ($80.00) for document fee. All payments shall be made at the City Billing and Collection office located at 600 West Blue Heron Boulevard. * Bid that exceed an amount of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified cashiers check (drawn in favor of the city) or by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
